OmniSolve is seeking a Systems Analyst to provide administrative, User Experience, and technical project management support to a high-uptempo cross-functional IT Project Management team. The Requirements Team supports the full scope of the applications across client’s organizations nationwide. The Systems Analyst should have a working knowledge of Google Suite, web technologies, CRM, and document and knowledge management systems. The Systems Analyst should be well-versed in agile methodologies, able to multitask in a fast-paced environment with minimal oversight, and have experience working in a senior level professional environment.

Responsibilities
  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to meticulously document business needs, create detailed scope documents, and ensure alignment with technical specifications.
  • Participate in the creation, maintenance or support of application modernization, application procurements process management, online application portfolio management, document and knowledge management, and UX activities.
  • Develop comprehensive product documentation, including requirement statements, logical data models, process designs, user interface mock-ups, and use cases. Performs and documents data analysis, data validation, and data mapping/design.
  • Design, build, and maintain basic functional visualizations and dashboards.
  • Conduct product presentations and walkthroughs for diverse audiences, ranging from internal teams to external partners and clients.
  • Brief, facilitate, or host meetings. Support coordination and meeting preparation, including the development of agendas, note-taking, briefing slides, and other necessary activities. Generate reports, documentation, data entry, updates, create and maintain Google Sites, Google Suite products, and other required application items.
  • Support UX requirements to include conducting user research, identifying and remedying accessibility issues, and recommending solutions to ensure optimal user experiences for all users; specifically, as it relates to Section 508 and IDEA Act compliance.
  • Lead and contribute to design sessions, perform user research, and create site maps, use cases, and user flows to communicate an application or site’s navigation and structure 
  • Performs other related work as needed.
Qualifications (Minimum)

The candidate must have

  • BS/BA in a related field
  • Experience facilitating meetings
  • Experience documenting and developing processes
  • Excellent technical writing skills
  • Prior experience creating presentations and briefings
  • Ability to conduct and analyze feasibility studies/impacts assessments regarding implementation of solutions against current state parameters (process, application use-cases and non-functional impact).
  • Experience with Microsoft Office products, including PowerPoint, and proficiency and strength in verbal, written, presentation, and communication skills
Qualifications (Preferred)
The following qualifications are preferred but not required:
  • Google suite of applications
  • Experience supporting executive-level programs
  • Previous experience with the Federal Government
  • Experience in Agile SDLC
  • Tableau (for data visualization)
  • Data Analytics and Visualization Professional Certifications
