Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced business-analyst with a strong background in consulting and business process management to work with our clients in improving their business processes.

 

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Working with senior and mid level management on business opportunities of strategic / national importance
  • Business problem solving: working with business lines to understand their pain points, their current processes, and identify creative solutions to help solve them through business process improvement
  • Addressing process improvements within and across the business lines and regions
  • Facilitating process workshops and gaining consensus across business lines on the future state processes
  • Identifying where technology can be used to improve business efficiency and operations

Preferred Skills:
  • Document business process flows in Visio and/or Business Process Modeling (BPM) tool
  • Minimum of 6-8 years of total experience 
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of Business Process experience to document business process flows in Visio and/or BPM Tool or equivalent to:
  • Address process improvement across the various business lines
  • Identify where technology can be used to improve business processes
  • Strong client consulting and communications skills – minimum of 5+ years of experience
  • Experience working independently with business line users and able to learn quickly their processes, come up with creative solutions to their problems, and document their processes in a meaningful, intuitive manner
  • Good organizational skills and able to present to peers and senior management
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Strong facilitation skills
  • Good organizational skills and able to present to peers and senior management
  • Good interpersonal skills with ability to interact with small and large groups of business users
